About the Role:

At Autura were all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathyambition and a strong team spirit. Right now were looking for a Business DevelopmentRepresentative to join our Marketplace Sales Department. As the Business DevelopmentRepresentative you will play a key role in identifying and engaging net new leads toexpand our customer base. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environmentmaking a significant contribution to the growth and success of the organization. Theideal candidate must embrace a continuous learning mindset and the ability to navigatea dynamic environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Proactively identify qualify and peruse new leads & trials through outbound salesmethodologies utilizing a variety of channels tools and strategies to drivebusiness opportunities
  • Independently research and engage potential clients demonstrating a strongunderstanding of Auturas product offerings
  • Continuously improve and refine sales tactics understand market trends andevolving best practices
  • Collaborate closely with sales marketing and product teams sharing insightsand findings to optimize strategies that contribute to the overall success of theorganization
  • Outbound lead generation through calls and emailing
  • Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform updating contacts adeptlymanaging and organizing
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to consistently meet and exceeddeadlines and targets

About You:

  • 1-2 years experience in a Sales or other customer related position
  • Proven track record of excelling in a similar role
  • Prior experience in a SaaS Technology or Marketplace related field stronglypreferred
  • Hunter mentality with a competitive persistent spirit
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in independent work within a dynamic fast-paced startup environment
  • Exhibits a positive mindset actively contributing to building a world-classcompany
  • Eagerness to collaborate closely with a variety of teams

For this role thesalary range is$55000.00-$60000.00. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package and OTE around $80000.00. A salary offer will bedeterminedby several factors including experience skill level education internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammemberspay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
