Join Life Fitness / Hammer Strength as a Territory Sales Representativesupporting the Multi-Unit Housing (MUH) and Hospitality segments. Youll be in the field 3 days/week working with developers property managers and hospitality leaders to deliver premium fitness experiences that elevate lifestyle and guest satisfaction.
This role will cover Northeast and Central Florida and we prefer candidates who are based in or near these regionsideally in the Greater Jacksonville or Greater Orlando areas
What Youll Do
Show how fitness amenities drive ROI tenant satisfaction and guest experience.
Collaborate with architects and contractors to design wellness-focused fitness spaces.
Influence specifications through storytelling insights and customer success stories.
Communicate clearly with diverse audiences and align multiple stakeholders.
Build local credibility and grow referral networks with brokers and developers.
Present premium solutions confidently and follow up with persistence.
What Youll Bring
3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Willingness to be in the field at least 3 days a week.
Background in real estate development or wellness amenities is a plus.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Salesforce experience preferred.
