Please review the following job description:

Advise manage and underwrite initial public offerings follow-on offerings equity-linked offerings at-the-market offerings private placements and share repurchases. Team is aligned in a pod structure by sector vertical; managing directors / directors lead each pod and are supported by vice presidents associates and analysts. Revenue expectation of the business is $75 to $100 million annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Plays an integral role in supporting new business development due diligence and/or transaction execution.
2. Independently performs tasks assigned and managed by senior staff including drafting internal and external documents and marketing materials executing transactions as well as working with clients attorneys investors interested parties and/or other senior professionals on a day-to-day basis.
3. Helps coach mentor and teach Analysts or Interns.

Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree
2. Licenses: Series 7 79 63
3. 5 years of related work experience
4. Strong knowledge of investment banking equity markets industry sector and/or financial products
5. Mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models involved in transactions
6. Strong organizational and leadership skills
7. Advanced skills in written and oral communications and interpersonal relationship management
8. Solid analytical and sales skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA degree with a Finance focus
2. 5-6 years of related work experience
3. Experience in mentoring and coaching

The base salary for this position is $175K.
