Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is looking for a compassionate and dependable Weekend RN to join our Home Care team. This role includes both home health and hospice patients allowing you to make a true difference in patients livesright where they feel safest and most supported.

What Youll Do:
Deliver skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients
Implement and update individualized care plans
Educate and support patients and families
Coordinate with our clinical team to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Current RN license (Oklahoma or compact state)
Weekend availability
Reliable transportation
Clinical experience and a heart for compassionate care
