What You Will Get to Do:
- Oversee and manage the month-end quarter-end and year-end closing process
- Prepare the consolidated business unit and market level financial statements to be shared with external and internal users
- Supervise the accounting accounts payable and accounts receivable trade compliance and fixed assets functions
- Maintain the general ledger center and account number structure
- Maintain a monthly close checklist
- Serve as the Finance Liaison to Human Resources
- Manage business relationships with the KVs banking financial accounting and tax advisors
- Assist the CFO with special projects
- Coach and develop other to ensure organizational success
What You Will Bring:
- 10 years of experience in Accounting and experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Accounting Finance Economics or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Proficient in all aspects of GAAP reporting standards and requirements corporate finance accounting treasury internal controls cash management corporate development and finance and accounting systems
- Experience working with Oracle Power BI and/or SAP
- Efficiently utilizing data throughout the organization
