Were looking for a dynamic strategic and people-driven Channel Director to spearhead our partner go-to-market initiatives across the UK and Ireland. This is your chance to shape the future of the channel landscape by accelerating Mimecasts growth through distribution resellers SIs MSPs and MSSPs while also helping partners and their customers stay one step ahead of cyber threats.
What Makes This Role Exciting
- Youll be at the forefront of channel transformation leading a risk-centric approach that directly addresses human vulnerability in cybersecurity.
- Youll work with some of the most innovative partners in the industry helping them deliver Mimecasts integrated platform of threat protection training insider risk management and compliance solutions.
- Youll collaborate with cross-functional leaders including Sales Marketing and Customer Success with direct visibility from our VP of EMEA Partners and UKI Sales Leadership.
- Most importantly youll shape how companies think about and act on human risk.
What Youll Do
Strategic Leadership
Design and deliver an ambitious channel growth strategy for the UKI region focusing on scale enablement and partner success.
Partner Engagement
Build lasting relationships with top-tier partners. Be their trusted advisor by aligning Mimecasts solutions with their business models and goals.
Team Leadership
Inspire and guide a team of Partner Managers and virtual contributors. Mentor motivate and create a winning culture of performance and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Unite internal teams to drive high-impact channel initiatives. Ensure alignment on messaging execution and innovation.
Thought Leadership
Be the voice of Mimecast in the partner ecosystem. Speak at industry events lead discussions and share insights on the future of cybersecurity and human risk.
What Youll Bring
- Senior leadership experience in channel sales within a fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Strong grasp of human risk factors in security from phishing to insider threats
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence across matrixed organizations
- Track record of building scalable partner ecosystems and driving net-new business growth
- Experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tools
- Passion for mentoring coaching and empowering teams
- Comfort navigating across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland to support partners and events
