Job Description

Chelmsford Public Schools - Announcement of Teaching Vacancies for the 2025- 2026 School YearPosition: Physical Therapist 0.4 FTELocation: District WideGeneral Description: Work with students with disabilities as assigned to provide physical therapy to students as identified in their IEPs. This position is anticipated to be working with students at various levels based on IEP needs. Provide PT direct and consult services as documented in the students IEPs at various schools in the evaluations as assigned for initial and reevaluations in assigned schools (PT)Consult with district staff regarding accommodations/strategies to support students identified as needing PT IEP meetings as goals and update current performance for assigned progress and write quarterly progress reports for assigned students.
