HALO is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training and Sales Enablement Specialist to build and maintain process and technical documentation that supports the effectiveness of our front-end platforms and processes. This role will partner closely with internal sales operations and implementation teamsand when needed interface with clientsto ensure that documentation is clear consistent and actionable. In addition to documentation this role will be responsible for creating and delivering training materials that help internal teams effectively leverage sales tools products and processes. Over time this role may evolve to support broader sales training needs across the organizationbut initial focus will be documentation and enablement tied directly to current platform use and process adoption.


Responsibilities

  • Develop maintain and improve process documentation for front-end sales platforms systems and workflows.
  • Create user-friendly scalable resources (e.g. manuals job aids SOPs quick-start guides) for both internal teams and client-facing needs.
  • Translate complex technical or operational concepts into clear concise instructional content.
  • Build and lead trainings to support adoption and understanding of sales tools products and processes partnering with sales leadership and operations.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of enablement content and ensure all materials remain current and aligned with process changes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) implementation teams and system owners to capture accurate workflows and best practices.
  • Collect and apply feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation and training assets.
  • Support platform rollouts and process changes by developing go-to-market enablement plans and materials.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in sales/product/system training instructional design customer education or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques processes and adult learning methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or technical products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate or LMS platforms) and video recording/editing is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple engaging content.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $55000 - $85000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO these include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates work experience location education and training key skills internal equity external market data and broader market and business considerations.
