Job Description

The Product Engineer drives innovation and delivers value by developing profitable products processes and creative solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Core Functions of the Position:
Product Excellence (40%)Collaborate with business partners and internal/external customers to evaluate and address industry and manufacturing needs through new or improved product designs. Seek and implement improvements in products manufacturing methods services and departmental processes. Conduct feasibility and cost-reduction studies. Maintain Clow-specific product documentation and visual-based service instructions to ensure high-quality water product production.
Project Management (25%)Plan and manage projects by scoping setting milestones and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Oversee model and print creation for prototype production and design tooling (temporary/semi-permanent) to maintain quality and meet customer expectations.
Customer Relations (25%)Foster collaboration by building strong relationships with internal and external customers. Engage with Manufacturing Engineering Production and Sales to improve manufacturing productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
Professional Improvement (10%)Pursue continuous learning and development to support innovation communication and leadership. Research industry standards explore new product opportunities and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Participate in training educational courses and collaborative learning experiences.
Education & Experience:
Required:
  • Associates degree in Engineering with a minimum of 6 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology or Industrial Technology with 03 years of experience.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with precision measuring tools: calipers micrometers CMM and 3D scanning equipment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electric controls.
  • Understanding of Quality Management principles including procedures on Competence Awareness and Training.
