Job Description
Description of the role:
Malloy Ford Charlottesville is seeking Parts Counter Associates for our location in Charlottesville VA. As part of our team you will be responsible for assisting customers with finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Process orders and handle returns efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a parts or automotive retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
