Job Description
Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for a highly motivated aggressive & self-driven Manager (Manager in Training) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve goals as well as make meaningful connections.
- Train and develop qualified personnel.
- Create and maintain employee schedules.
- Evaluate attendance performance and development of each employee on a regular basis.
- Monitor all training progress for employees.
- Schedule training for employees on a regular basis with an emphasis on continued performance and development.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people daily build and maintain relationships and network
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey the goals
- Physical endurance and the ability to be on feet and travel as business dictates.
- Collaborate with colleagues from many different sectors of the Pepsi MidAmerica Team.
- Meet and exceed customer serviceexpectations.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Day Shift Position hours vary
Qualified applicants will have:
- 2 years of Management experience required.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management Industrial Technology Communications Human Resources or related field (4 years of Management experience may be considered in lieu of degree.)
- Capability of multitasking & working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office online research and typing/editing reports.
- Willingness to submit to a background screen and drug screen.
