What youll be doing
As a BD Strategy & Reporting Analyst youll play a key role in driving commercial growth by providing critical data insights and supporting strategic business development initiatives. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Create reporting dashboards To track sales targets monitor the pipeline and measure progress against key business goals.
Analyze sales performance To uncover trends identify areas for improvement and generate actionable insights that enhance productivity.
Develop strategic recommendations By leveraging data to inform go-to-market strategies and optimize resource allocation for revenue growth.
Support go-to-market planning By analyzing market trends and contributing to the launch of new commercial initiatives.
Manage strategic projects By coordinating cross-functional initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and support revenue growth and scalability.

Who were looking for
We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If youre curious and ready for real ownership youll fit in! Does this sound like you
2-4 years of experience In analytics revenue operations or a similar strategic role within a fast-paced digital environment.
Strong analytical and tool proficiency Including advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
Proven project management skills With experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects to successful completion.
Fluency in Italian and English Both written and spoken to effectively collaborate with our international teams.
A data-driven and strategic mindset With strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies.
