Role Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the severity of health conditions.
- Implement and monitor evidence-based care plans for patients in the ICU.
- Collaborate effectively with medical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans procedures and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Participate in training and development programs for continuous professional growth.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs making timely interventions as necessary.
- Work closely with nursing staff to coordinate daily patient care activities.
- Review and analyze patient data to optimize clinical outcomes.
- Assist with research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss care strategies and updates.
- Support the overall mission of Medico Hub Connect through quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree in BAMS or BHMS from a recognized institution.
- Current licensure to practice in India.
- Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of advanced medical procedures and protocols.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
- Proficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and practices.
