The Middle School Interventionist will provide targeted academic support to students in grades 4-7 who are performing below grade level in English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics. The interventionist will work with small groups of students using data-driven instruction to close achievement gaps and support academic growth. Key Responsibilities:Deliver small-group intervention lessons in Math and ELA to students identified as needing additional academic assessment data (benchmark formative diagnostic) to plan and implement individualized and group with classroom teachers instructional coaches and support staff to align interventions with core curriculum and student learning student progress regularly and adjust instruction based on ongoing accurate records of student performance attendance and intervention regularly with families teachers and school leaders about student progress and strategies for in professional development related to intervention strategies progress monitoring and instructional best implementation of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) or Response to Intervention (RtI) high expectations for all learners and foster a positive inclusive learning environment.
