What Youll Do:
Be the face of our collision centergreet customers and guide them through the repair process with confidence and care
Assess vehicle damage and write accurate insurance-ready estimates using CCC One
Work directly with insurance companies and keep communication smooth and stress-free
Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to keep repairs moving like clockwork
Keep customers in the loop from start to finishand leave them wowed with the service
What You Bring:
2 years of experience as a collision estimator
Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and estimating tools
A natural talent for customer service and problem-solving
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat
Valid drivers license and clean driving record

CCC One experience
