We are seeking an experienced professional Program Support Analyst to support a DoD organization at The Mark Center in Alexandria VA. A successful candidate needs to be a high-energy well-organized detail-oriented forward-thinking analyst and planner with executive-level experience familiarity with DoD CIO Information Enterprise (IE) and a Chief Staff role and the ability to function independently and as part of a team. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior government officers to identify collect and manage customer technical and analytic requirements in support of DoD taskers.

  • Serve as POC for stakeholder requests and other communications regarding projects and taskers.

  • Monitor team progress and develop status reports for the customer.

  • Attend customer meetings to provide status and communicate risks/roadblocks

  • Create and maintain core program documentation and update stakeholders.

  • Facilitate meetings to help move the team forward on tasking and help remove blockers.

  • Foster an environment of collaboration with the different team members to provide quality service and products to our customers.

  • Develop SOPs and maintain configuration control using DoD CIO standard templates while coordinating inputs from multiple subject matter experts.

  • Work closely with DCIO IE and other DoD CIO senior-level personnel to seek process improvement opportunities.

  • Manage DoD CIO IE taskers using the DoD CATMS platform.

  • Support the Government supervisor in all programmatic activities and execution activities.


Required Skills:

  • Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or similar tool.

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office suite especially with Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Solid experience with Agility with task management coordination and execution.

  • Must be operationally oriented and able to multitask/prioritize work in a high-volume environment.

  • Team player with a positive and professional demeanor strong customer service awareness and excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent analytical and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to multitask and execute directives effectively and with little supervision.

  • Exceptional communications staffing and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to share information and guide activities productively.

  • Superior presentation skills.

  • Experience with interacting with Government officials and senior military personnel.

  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Confident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelors degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6 years of prior relevant experience.

  • 8 years of relevant DoD operations and business experience.

  • Active Top Secret DoD clearance.

  • PMP certification is desired.

  • Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office suite especially with Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

  • Highly reliable and dependable.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89700.00 - $162150.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
