Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Departmental Assessment (Benchworks Resident Assessment housing survey) (40%)
Coordinate on-campus housing survey (conducted every three years including this spring 2026).
Personalize benchmark survey with Baylors information and questions.
Serve as main administrator of survey and work with hall staff to ensure high survey completion.
Develop training processes and materials for residence hall directors to review data.
Analyze data and develop reports to share internally and externally with campus partners.
2. Navigate and New2BU (Baylors new student transition survey) (40%)
Develop training processes and materials for Residence Hall Directors for their utilization of Navigate Baylors student success online platform through EAB.
Prepare weekly updates related to student participation with New2BU survey to assist in meeting the university goal for student participation.
Analyze data and develop reports to share internally and externally with campus partners.
Ensure hall staff follow up with students with high risk related to on-campus living factors.
3. Assist the Associate Director for Academic Initiatives with the Student Life Division annual departmental assessment project (20%)
Analyze data and draft content for report.
4. Fulfill other assessment-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Full-time graduate student at Baylor University doctoral program preferred.
Knowledge of assessment and evaluation software and application.
Ability to work independently in a flexible team-centered environment.
Experience presenting to groups both in person and virtually.
Knowledge of student affairs leadership development and/or higher education.
Computer Skills (Canvas Qualtrics Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher etc.).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
