A growing healthcare company in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time Intake Representative to manage patient intake qualify new leads and ensure a smooth supportive onboarding experience. This position blends strong customer service with a sales-oriented approach ideal for someone who is personable detail-oriented and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer and follow up on incoming inquiries from prospective patients
Qualify leads and determine service eligibility
Guide patients through the intake process with professionalism and care
Collect and verify patient information and documentation
