Position Summary:

As a Sales Consultant youll be the face of our dealershipguiding customers through every step of their vehicle buying journey with professionalism honesty and enthusiasm. Youll receive full support excellent training and an opportunity to grow in a dealership culture that rewards hard work and integrity.

Whether youre an experienced automotive professional or looking to break into the industry we offer the tools and environment to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in the showroom and on the lot creating a welcoming pressure-free environment

  • Listen to customer needs and help them select the right vehicle from our new Kia and pre-owned inventory

  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives

  • Accurately present pricing finance and lease options (with support from the finance team)

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers before during and after the sale

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and participate in dealership-wide events and promotions

  • Use Dealertrack CRM tools to follow up with leads and manage customer records

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferredautomotive industry experience is a plus but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive team-player mindset

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
