Job requirements
Job Title: Master
Location: Remote
Job Type: C2H
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives etc.).
Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and removes roadblocks.
Foster collaboration and a self-managed team culture.
Track and report progress using Agile metrics.
Coach the team to continuously improve processes.
Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM SAFe or equivalent).
Experience working with self-managed Agile teams.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
$50 - $55 an hour
