Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Level 2) to support the Order Release team in Oklahoma City OK!
Position Responsibilities
- Analyze data in inventory management systems to control inventory create work orders and generate purchase requisitions to supply chain buyers team
- Work with multiple teams to clear receiving issues with warehouse and suppliers
- Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
- Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent
- customer requirements (e.g. AOG)
- Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution
- Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective
- Engage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely results
- Support program by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plan
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity
- Able to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.
- Must be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 1 years knowledge in supply chain management
- 1 years of experience in customer support or customer service role
- Able to work variable shifts including weekends holidays and overtime.
- Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude high ethics and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment
- Must have Gold/ E-Reporting experience
Work Arrangements:
- This position is hybrid however management reserves the right to change work arrangements as necessary to support business needs and requirements.
