Overview
The Sales and Strategy Execution Manager plays a pivotal role in defining executing and governing the strategic direction of the global LEPS Sales Execution organization. This role bridges long-term strategic planning with operational execution ensuring alignment across people processes tools and governance frameworks. The position also leads high-impact initiatives (OPACC Improvement Initiatives) facilitates leadership engagement and drives performance visibility through data and communications.

What you will do:

  • Strategy Definition & Execution
  • Design and implement the LEPS Global Sales Operating Model encompassing people processes systems information and governance.
  • Lead the development and execution of regional strategies in alignment with global imperatives.
  • Strategic Project Management
  • Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives across the region including revenue sizing milestone tracking and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support the development of business cases and content for Leadership Tables and governance forums.
  • Support Services Growth Plans and Dealer Capability Assessments in alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Governance & Performance Management
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly leadership governance meetings ensuring structured reporting and decision-making support.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets.
  • Communications & Event Coordination
  • Lead internal and external communications for the team including townhalls staff meetings and leadership summits.
  • Represent Large Electric Power in cross-functional and dealer-facing events ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
    Tools & Systems
  • Ensure integration of digital tools and dashboards to support sales execution and performance tracking

What you have:

Project & Program Management: Ability to lead planning execution & delivery of complex projects and programs across cross-functional teams; ability to identify scope & objectives define metrics plan organize monitor and control the set of projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.

Manages multiple high-risk high-cost projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Monitors major projects for critical path and actual status versus planned.

Summary Pay Range:

$144960.00 - $217320.00
