Job Description
Our client manufactures industrial ceramics utilized in industries such as water treatment liquid and gas filtration heat treatment and electrical component applications. We are looking to add someone to this team who can take pride in the manufacturing of high-quality products for a wide variety of customers.

Position Details:
Location:East Rochester NY
Hours: 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri
Pay:$17.50/hr to start (merit-based increases within 6 months)
Duration:Temp-to-hire position (opportunity to convert to perm after 3 months)
Who Were Looking For:
Candidates with the ability to follow work instructions operate production machines and produce parts within quality requirements while adhering to safety protocols. This person should be reliable and detail oriented.
What to Expect as a Production Associate:
- Operate and monitor ceramic production equipment
- Prepare raw materials and molds for production
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications for Success:
- HS Diploma or GED/HSE
- Experience in manufacturing production or machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
