Full Time In-House Recruiter - 866
A growing company healthcare company is looking for a full-time in-house recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for technical roles as well as a strong understanding of the hiring process.
Responsibilities Include:
- Market open positions
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
- Track and report on the hiring process
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
