- Prepare for appointments by reviewing potential clients information in the CRM. You must wow them by showing them you already have an idea about their case.
- Evaluate prospective client case analyzing the fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
- Provide an excellent experience where the potential client feels that youre trying to help them not sell them.
- Clearly communicate the value of working with our firm and how we do things differently.
- Assist clients by resolving their objections such as budget timing shopping around etc. and helping to get their yes to the help they really want. You must be capable of having this conversation in English or Spanish.
- Document all client interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with your lead consistently and compassionately to move them through the decision-making process.
- Complete new hire documents collect payment and send the complete package to the accounting department for processing.
- Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files.
- Know your numbers and your pipeline.
- Be a team player. Assist your teammates and leadership as time allows.
- Required: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Ability to travel within the tri-county area; mileage will be compensated.
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal as well as a sense of empathy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiating presenting and persuading in a natural and responsive manner.
- Deadline-oriented and excellent time management skills.
- Manage daily activities precisely focusing on priorities and achieving key performance indicators consistently.
- Internal confidence stemming from overcoming a major life challenge so that you can have a conversation with a potential client who is hesitating out of fear.
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
- High school diploma required bachelors degree preferred.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background).
