Schedule: 8:30-5:00 Fully In-Person
The Invoicing Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing billing and invoicing data identifying discrepancies ensuring accuracy and supporting the optimization of the end-to-end invoicing process. This role will act as a bridge between accounting sales and operations to streamline financial workflows and provide key insights for decision-making.
Review validate and analyze customer invoices and billing data for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with the finance customer service and operations teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and ensure timely billing
Monitor invoice processing cycles and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
Extract manipulate and report on large data sets to track invoicing trends outstanding balances and revenue forecasting
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in large data sets
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
