Business / Financial Analyst - Onsite Arlington TX Direct Hire

With a strong presence in markets across the U.S. this company is seeking a talented Business / Financial Analyst to join their corporate team and make an immediate impact.
About the Role:
As a Business / Financial Analyst youll be at the heart of operational decision-making ensuring accuracy and insight across revenue cycles financial reconciliations profitability analysis and contract management. Youll partner cross-functionally with finance operations and sales teams to develop strategic business reports and support planning efforts that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle revenue operations including accounts payable/receivable
- Perform monthly and daily reconciliations (cash GL account)
- Create profitability models for customers and materials
- Collaboration with the Director of Finance on budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee contracts and leases including rep agreements and onboarding
- Prepare commission and royalty reports for reps and artists
- Drive reporting accuracy through interdepartmental coordination
- Assist with audit and tax prep as needed
- Contribute to business intelligence and planning initiatives
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years in a business/financial analyst role
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in product-based industries (wholesale import retail)
- ERP experience(NetSuite is a plus!)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a knack for critical thinking and problem solving
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
