- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate RV and marine products highlighting features and benefits.
- Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends product knowledge and competitor offerings.
- Assist in inventory management and merchandising to ensure an appealing sales floor.
- Participate in promotional events and community outreach to drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Previous sales experience in retail preferably in RV or marine industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of RVs and marine products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and a passion for outdoor activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a bonus.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
