The Boeing CompanyBoeing Space Mission Systems (SMS) Rapid Space Capabilities (RSC) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support SMS programs in Albuquerque New Mexico.

The successful candidate will:
Develops basic estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design build and support stages of the program
Participates in evaluation of requests for proposal substantiates routine estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals
Performs analyses in support of pricing and estimating (risk financial competitive etc.)
Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems
Develops routine estimating and pricing methods
Develops and maintains basic pricing models
Supports the development/application/maintenance of rates and factors for estimating pricing and proposals
Assists with compliance policy and procedure development and development/deployment of systems and tools
Position Responsibilities:
Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts budgets functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs
Develops performance reports. Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develops reviews analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines including earned value and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
Leads development of business cases using appropriate indices
Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues determine root cause and recommend solutions
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree in accounting finance business or a related field
3 years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations Cost Management Accounting Estimating or Financial Planning Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
3 year of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
3 years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas VLookups pivot tables charts filters and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
Experience leading projects or teams with little direct supervision and drive project to completion
Experience with Deltek COGNOS COBRA Earned Value Management software and other accounting systems containing historical cost data.
Experience with financial planning processes and tools
