What youll bedoing
Our client Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior implementation specialist to join their team in Zagreb. This role is essential for designing configuring and implementing technical solutions that provide actionable customer experience data. As a key player in the data-driven decision-making process you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data collection efforts.
Your responsibilities in a nutshell
Implement data collection solutions: design and implement a data collection architecture using tools like Google Tag Manager Looker Studio and Google Analytics as well as setting up server-side tracking and Google BigQuery integrations.
Ensure data quality: act as a gatekeeper for data accuracy consistency and integrity identifying and debugging errors across multiple systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with marketing IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of data solutions.
Outlining data analytics best practices: define and implement best practices based on strategic and technical needs to improve the customer experience.
Job requirements
Our dream candidate
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field ideally in a senior technical or implementation role.
Strong technical background with expertise in Google Tag Manager Google Analytics Looker Studio Google BigQuery server-side tracking and JavaScript.
Experience with data collection solutions: youll have hands-on experience with event tracking JavaScript JSON AJAX browser debugging DOM manipulation HTML and CSS.
Experience with tag management systems: familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager is essential. Experience with other solutions such as Tealium iQ Adobe Launch SDKs for mobile applications or API development is a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally: comfortable working across different teams and collaborating with marketing IT and business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills: fluent in English.
