You will have advanced skills and knowledge enabling you to support staff and VMOs in the smooth running of lists with a focus on patient safety and best outcomes. The ability to provide ongoing education guidance and leadership to junior staff is essential to ensure success in this role. The Clinical Nurse of Anaesthetics is required to work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in a culture that promotes Calvarys values.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the anaesthetic team by providing guidance trouble shooting for staff patients and VMOs.
Provide education and mentorship to more junior staff and support the Clinical Manager of Anaesthetics.
Equipment medication and procurement management.
VMO liaison.
Work in the Team Leader of Anaesthetics role as required.
