Senior Property ManagerJob Description Summary
As a Property Manager within our Asset Services division youll oversee the management of a diverse property portfolio including office retail healthcare and industrial assets primarily focused on the Gateway Portfolio based in Victoria. You will report to the Head of Asset Services and will have a direct reports of a Facility Manager and Coordinator.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with clients tenants and other stakeholders. Manage client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Ensure properties are managed to the highest standards. Oversee estate and lease management including lease abstracting rent collections and compliance with property management policies.
Manage all aspects of lease agreements critical dates and tenant relations. Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee tenant communications.
Develop and track property budgets manage operating costs and ensure accurate financial reporting. Approve payments and maintain effective financial controls.
Collaborate with the State Director and Business Development teams to identify new business opportunities and drive cross-sell initiatives.
Uphold Cushman & Wakefields culture comply with health and safety regulations and contribute to environmental policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Accredited property manager with relevant state licensing.
Degree in Property or related discipline desirable.
Strong client-focus with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent attention to detail.
Strong financial acumen risk management and compliance knowledge.
Effective planning organization and negotiation skills.
