Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is seeking an energetic individual for theFull-TIME Cashierposition. As the Cashieryou will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealerships first impressions representative. Responsibilities
- Friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Calculates the customers bill using the dealerships computer system.
- Receives cash checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order
- Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers
- Records totals of repair orders verify against all cash checks and credit card payments on hand at the end of shift
- Refers customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
- Assist with various clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle several tasks at once
- Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
- Must have a dealership and recent retail receptionist experience
- Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and strong work ethics
