Responsibilities
As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Evaluate plan and deliver personalized occupational therapy treatment
Support patients in developing the skills they need for independence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
Maintain productivity standards and accurate documentation
Bring creativity and compassion to every session
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active state license
Flexibility to work PRN hours including weekends as needed
Experience in acute long-term or rehab care is a plusbut not required if you bring a heart for healing and a drive to learn
