As an Employment Specialist you will provide career training paid work experience and job placement services to City of Minneapolis adults who are interested in pursuing our Early Childhood pathway as a certified Child Development Associate. This position will work with a large network of referring community partners employers and childcare centers.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience in Human Services preferably in Employment & Training services.
Bachelors degree in Human Servicesor related field
Knowledge and understanding of case noting and participant file management.
Knowledge and ability to prioritize of data tracking.
Ability and desire to travel to connect with employers and participants.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
