Mat-Su Health Services has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Front Desk team.
We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing integrated medical dental and behavioral health care. If you have a High School Diploma or Equivalency a minimum of two years of experience in a medical office reception medical billing or scheduling position and are committed to providing high quality customer service we want to talk to you!
This full time position requires a strong team player. Our receptionists are primarily responsible for answering incoming calls scheduling appointments and collecting registration information. Our scheduling system is complex and call volumes at times high creating a fast paced environment.
As a Receptionist you must be able to consistently relate in a positive courteous and caring manner to staff and the individuals seeking services. You will be able to demonstrate your telephone etiquette use of computer skills and working knowledge of HIPAA laws. If you wish to review a complete position description please contact .

Wage: $18.00/hour for basic qualifications; Starting wage increases with experience and skill level.
