Job Description:

Our client represents the best-in-class HVAC manufacturers and provides strategic equipment solutions that meet the high standards of consulting engineers mechanical contractors building owners and end-users. Their Northern NJ office is expanding to meet growing demand-and were looking for a seasoned sales engineer ready to lead influence and deliver.

-Own the Territory: Manage and expand a book of business with established consulting engineers design-build contractors and key decision-makers across the Northern NJ market.
-Engineer the Win: Analyze project specifications select optimal equipment and develop engineered solutions that meet both performance and budget goals.
-Act as a Strategic Advisor: Guide customers through complex HVAC applications with a consultative approach. Deliver clarity confidence and value throughout every phase of the buying cycle.
-Deliver the Experience: Collaborate with our inside application and estimating teams to ensure seamless proposals and execution.
-Promote and Educate: Represent company and our manufacturers through presentations industry events and targeted technical discussions.
-Drive Results: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with a focus on lo


Job Requirements:

-5 years of proven success in HVAC equipment sales (preferably in a manufacturers rep or mechanical sales environment)
-Strong relationships in the North Jersey engineering or contracting community
-Deep understanding of HVAC systems building design and mechanical construction
-Technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
-Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Building Sciences or Business (or equivalent experience)
-Self-motivated accountable and driven by performance
