Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our fast-paced high-performing this role you will be responsible for cleaning detailing and prepping vehicles to ensure they are presented in top condition for our customers including both new andpre-owned inventory. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will help maintain our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Clean detail and prep vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display
Perform interior and exterior detailing: vacuuming washing waxing polishing and shampooing
Ensure vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer standards for cleanliness and presentation
Operate detailing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with vehicle organization and light lot duties as needed
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Work closely with service sales and delivery teams to meet daily deadlines
Requirements
Prior experience in automotive detailing or car wash preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Positive attitude strong work ethic and team-first mentality
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable punctual and self-motivated
