Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support while managing their accounts. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and a commitment to resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage account details and keep customer records updated
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Resolve account issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Communicate any changes in policies procedures or product offerings to customers
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
