OT999: 1CP - Farmington CT One Carrier Place Farmington CT 06032 USAWe are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our planning process and drive strategic business initiatives. This critical role involves aligning financial processes with organizational goals to enhance efficiency. You will manage the annual planning process support regional FP&A teams and collaborate with strategy and operations teams. You will oversee long-range planning and ensure effective communication with the Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Additionally you will manage Quarterly Business Reviews drive FP&A process improvements and oversee incentive compensation targets to align rewards with organizational objectives.

Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance and business or organizational needs.
