THE GIST:
Our client an accomplished tech executive/UHNWI seeks an experienced Personal Assistant/Estate Manager to support them & their family in Los Gatos. The ideal candidate has an impressive track record of supporting UHNWIs with resourcefulness professionalism and expert problem-solving skills. Role requires a reliable form of transportation and occasional onsite visits to the familys San Francisco property.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Manage multiple residences in the Bay Area & U.S. (mainly based in Los Gatos)
- Oversee an extensive car collection and private plane
- Act as main point of contact for projects & renovations oversee logistics and manage timelines
- Collaborate with vendors contractors architects and property maintenance teams
- Plan & execute dinners social events and family gatherings
- Coordinate personal travel arrange transportation and book accommodations & reservations
- Run daily errands and oversee general household operations
- Keep track of expenses invoices and budgets
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Estate Manager
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Flexibility to travel to other Bay Area-based properties as needed
- Experience supporting a UHNWI or high-level executive highly preferred
- Expert ability to anticipate the needs of others and service-oriented mindset
- Proactive and adaptiveapproach to issues & opportunities
- Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Polished & professional communication style

COMPENSATION:$150000-$160000/yr base salary (exact compensation will vary based on skills experience and expertise)
