Medical Assistant Preceptor

The Medical Assistant Preceptor is responsible for the supervision training and professional growth of the MedicalAssistant clinic staff for Child & Family Services (CFS). In this role the Preceptor oversees Medical Assistantduties communicates with clinical medical and administrative staff and ensures compliance with critical healthcarecompetencies at the clinics where children and youth ages 6 years old to their 18thbirthday receive behavioral healthservices prescriptions and supports. As a Preceptor you will use a nurturing trauma-informed approach in interactionswith youth and families and focus on building the Medical Assistant teams ability to strengthen the resiliency of youthwhile in care.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school diploma/GED and Medical Assistant Certificate from CMA RMA CCMA or NRCMA/NAHP. 1 year experience as MA required 2 years experience as an MA preferred. Spanish-speaking a plus.
