Your Role: Campaign Executive (FTC)

Youll manage dynamic projects from on-air sponsorships to engaging podcasts ensuring every element is flawlessly delivered. Key Responsibilities
Problem Solve (40%): Can we fix it Yes we can! Youll be part of a collaborative go-to team capable of identifying campaign issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner keeping everyone informed along the way.
Project Management (50%): Lead the delivery of on-air sponsorships competitions and podcast campaigns. Youll manage timelines collaborate with stakeholders and ensure every project is on brand on time and on point.
Lead Management (10%): Play a pivotal role in fuelling our sales engine triage inbound leads capture key insights in our CRM system and connect the right opportunities with the right sales experts to drive results fast!

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months youll have:
Developed a full understanding of our campaign planning/booking systems
An understanding of the delivery cycle of a campaign from planning & booking
to campaign delivery.
Worked with all internal teams to build relationships and gain an understanding of
their role & function
An understanding of Globals wide range of products and inventory.
The ability to confidently take care of calls and emails from internal and external
customers.

Detailed in your approach you have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Be hardworking in the detail.
Ability to manage & prioritise your own workload communicating pressures to your manager when required and leaving detailed handover notes when required.
Professional systems user who isnt afraid to learn new ones ideally knowledgeable in Salesforce Teams Excel Word and Outlook and other Global commercial systems if an internal applicant.
Youll need a head for figures especially spreadsheets and working from tables from time to time
