We are seeking a creative tech-savvy and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Pallmann brand Marketing team in Aurora CO. This role is essential to driving digital engagement enhancing brand visibility and marketing initiatives for PALLMANN product line. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in digital marketing content creation and campaign execution with a passion for brand storytelling and consistent visual identity.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist for the Pallmann brand will support digital marketing efforts manage brand websites and social media accounts create and distribute internal and external communications and assist with the design and execution of promotional materials. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand recognition and ensuring consistent visual and messaging alignment across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintain and update the U.S. website for the Pallmann brand as directed.
  • Maintain and update all website download documents (digital literature) and assist the company PIM/MAM systems and connecting to websites.
  • Conduct twice yearly full site reviews to ensure brand positioning product message relevancy accuracy and consistency in visual identity.
  • Develop easy-to-use clear concise and comprehensible content and improve search engine rankings/SEO content.
  • Drive traffic to websites using a variety of methods including social media push-through social media advertising and digital advertising.
  • Manage maintain and update social media platforms optimize Pallmann brand pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social media content.
  • Generate edit publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns as directed by creating print and digital advertising that supports the mission of the company and the Pallmann brand.
  • Maintain the companys media insertion calendar.
  • Coordinate press releases and other Pallmann brand communication.
  • Graphic design of advertising pieces and marketing campaigns point of sale material and email blasts for Constant Contact.
  • Maintain brand unification through CI guide
  • Assist with product data sheet creation
  • Special project and event coordination.
  • Provide KPI reports (Google Analytics) and Social Media Reports.
  • Attend trade shows or corporate events as needed and manage graphic design for event flyers demo days and sales reps.
  • Updating and maintaining Digital Product Catalogs.

Education
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in a marketing role Preferred
Experience
  • 4 years in a marketing position with responsibilities in digital marketing analytics website management or equivalent Required
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Typo3 Google Analytics Adobe Illustrator InDesign Preferred
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and cost-effective advertising strategies
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies Preferred
  • Problem-solving mindset adaptability and a collaborative team spirit
  • Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Office-based position with regular use of computers and digital tools
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 35 lbs and transport up to 100 lbs with assistance
  • Position may require occasional travel (up to 10%) for events or trade shows
