This leadership role involves managing a team of trainers responsible for onboarding and the ongoing development of Service Coordinators. The role focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure excellence in care communication and documentation.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare or social services training with demonstrated success in coaching curriculum development and performance improvement within fast-paced environments. This is a key leadership position with significant influence on service quality regulatory compliance and long-term departmental growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing all training initiatives within the Service Coordination department including onboarding refresher training and professional development.
Supporting and coaching a team of trainers to ensure high-quality delivery and content.
Conducting training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Aligning training strategies with organizational and departmental goals.
Creating and maintaining training materials and tools that reflect regulatory standards and best practices.
Monitoring performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborating with leadership and QA teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and documentation standards.
Ideal Qualifications:
3 years of experience in training and development preferably in healthcare or social services.
Strong coaching communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing a team and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to design training curricula and measure outcomes.
Familiarity with state regulations and service coordination standards is preferred.
Bachelors degree in education healthcare social work or a related field (Masters preferred).
