The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our team in Mesa AZ.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced Supply Chain Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
Enters tracks monitors and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements
Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution
Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts kits and provisioning products or services
Assists with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program customer product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection possible negotiation and contracting strategies
Assists in execution of the supply chain balancing inventory supply orders and schedule demand
Assists in performance and relationships to ensure delivery quality financial stability and in-service performance
Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Ability to travel 10% of the time
3 years of experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint and Teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles
Bachelors degree or higher education and/or 4 years of experience in a related field
Experience and/or proficiency with Oracle or SQL
Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system

Summary pay range (Associate): $64000.00 $86600.00
Summary pay range (Experienced): $81000.00 - $109000.00
