Hybrid Personal Lines Insurance Producer
Location: Morris Plains NJ (2 days in-office 3 days remote after training)
Salary: $50000 base commission
Are you a strong closer looking to sell not chase leads Join a growing independent insurance agency uniquely powered by a real estate company where 90% of leads come directly from in-house real estate referrals. That means 4 to 6 out of every 10 leads are highly qualified and ready to close.
Were seeking a Personal Lines Producer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and excels at relationship-building especially with real estate professionals. This is a pure sales role with no servicing responsibilities. Youll be backed by a dedicated service team so you can focus on what you do best: selling.
What Youll Do:
Sell personal lines policies (home auto renters etc.) to warm pre-qualified leads from our real estate branch
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referred clients
Use Applied Epic and our internal sales platform to manage leads and track activity
Work from the Morris Plains office two days per week (after training) with three days remote
What Were Looking For:
Proven sales closer with experience in personal lines insurance
Strong communicator with a talent for relationship-building
Proficient in Applied Epic or similar AMS platforms
Self-motivated organized and results-oriented
