Job Description

The Role

As a Senior Associate CRM at Teneo you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform to support strategic business goals across a global professional services environment. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define requirements translate business needs into actionable solutions and ensure ongoing system performance and scalability. You will be responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog participating in planning and validating solutions against business and user expectations. Additionally you will help oversee the quality of deliverables by coordinating with CRM partners on the Operations and Marketing teams and other team members as needed. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support stakeholder engagement and contribute to end-user training efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the firms CRM system HubSpot leveraging best practices and available tools to ensure the accuracy and integrity of contact and company data
  • Monitor and improve the firms domain authority by maintaining clean contact records and effectively managing bouncebacks and email hygiene
  • Develop implement and iterate processes to gather and manage ongoing quality of CRM data in collaboration with Marketing and client-facing teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external CRM partners to support training initiatives and promote effective adoption and utilization of HubSpot across the firm
  • Act as a primary resource for team members offering ongoing support guidance and resolution for CRM-related questions issues and user feedback
  • Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to assess the current CRM environment and implement enhancements upgrades or data migrations as needed
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Contribute to CRM data integration efforts across firm systems in partnership with IT and external CRM stakeholders
  • Manage the execution of data governance strategies and privacy compliance initiatives for the CRM platform
  • Partner with legal and risk teams to ensure CRM data handling aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements

Skills and Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience working with and supporting office applications and data integrity/quality issues in a CRM software environment
  • Degree Qualified
  • Expert proficiency in CRM Systems (HubSpot knowledge and certifications strongly preferred but not required)
  • Expert proficiency in data hygiene and enrichment processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) is required
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills including attention to detail and proofreading
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at any given time
  • Advanced knowledge of IT back-end systems and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills project-management and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Resourceful team-oriented enthusiastic collaborative and entrepreneurial
  • A strong work commitment high ethical standards and ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
