The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) which is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. We work backwards from our customers most complex business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include technical business development specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO youll provide expertise across the entire customer life cycle from accelerating the adoption of established businesses to developing ideas for new services. AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.


Key job responsibilities
As Senior Manager of EMEA GenAI/ML Specialist Solutions Architecture youll play a vital role in guiding innovative customers while embracing change and adapting to the fast moving pace of the technology and the business. Your responsibilities include:
-Managing a team of GenAI/ML experts while ensuring teams well-being.
-Interacting and leading the team with engagement at the CxO/VP level as well as developers and technical architects to develop pipeline secure lighthouse customers drive top-line-revenue and explore strategic partnerships.
-Developing and deploying sales/technical motions and programs that leverage Field Sales teams as well as technology and consulting partner channels.
-Partnering with cross functional teams across Sales and Marketing.
-Collaborating with the Service and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems including reference architectures patterns automation release plan.
-Developing strong relationships with strategic GenAI customers in EMEA.
-Guiding your team to find ways to scale tech knowledge via products programs and the AWS Field
-Capturing and sharinf best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS SA community
-Guiding and motivating the development of whitepapers datasheets and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices
-Collaboration with AWS Senior Leadership

-10 years of technology related customer facing roles.
-5 years of management experience in technical roles.
-Experience with machine learning AI or GenAI/LLM as a practitioner.
