With the aim of strengthening our team we are looking for a IT Microcomputer Technician.
Main tasks:
Task management and interdepartmental collaboration.
Resolution of incidents on-site and remotely.
Installation and configuration of printers (IP printers group policies).
Configuration of mailboxes primarily Outlook.
Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
User creation and VPN configuration.
Administration and maintenance of one-to-one devices projectors interactive whiteboards speakers servers.
Application installation.
IP telephony management.
Video conference room management.

Profile
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working as a microcomputer technician or N1 support technician.
Knowledge of O365.
Experience in incident resolution both on-site and remotely.
Experience in network configuration and VPN.
